Walton Appraisals maintains a sophisticated computer network which records all our appraisals, and up-to-date market data. We subscribe to multiple, regional real estate data sources (i.e. MLS, WLS, etc.) which allows us to provide you with fast, accurate and reliable appraisal services including full appraisals, “in-office” update appraisals and (e-mail) electronic transmission delivery of all appraisal assignments.
